Our cups are screen printed, so each design requires a custom screen for production. Production time is a minimum of 3 weeks. Please order a minimum of 4 weeks from your event date to allow time for design, production, and shipping.

Cups can be printed with your initials and date, in your choice of ink color.

We will send a proof for you to approve including your custom color and text via email within 3 business days. After you approve for print, production time is approx. 3 weeks.Please place your order a minimum of 4 weeks prior to your need by date to allow time for proofing, production, and shipping.

We accept cancellations on orders within 24 hours or purchase, before a proof is recevied. Due to the nature of custom items, once items have been approved and sent to print, no refunds will be issued.

Our studio is open by appointment only, you can make arrangments to pickup your order in person, however, shipping charges will still apply as our supplier will ship to us instead rather than you directly.
